Ok. Listen. Do not waste your money on any "ice" pack that has jell. They never get too cold and they do not last more than 15 minutes. Now THIS product is an ice pack. Actually you're double fisted with two genuine old school ice packs! Professional athletes use REAL ICE, and not some little jell pack that doesn't even work. Some reviewers said these leak. I think all real ice packs leak a little that's what a towel is for underneath, but I didn't notice an excessive amount of leaking. Crushed ice is better if you have it or can make it in the blender because if you just got out of surgery than the big lumpy ice cubes could aggravate an incision or bone. And also use a little water in the bag as directed. Again, this is a real ice bag and gets super cold. It says do not leave on for more than 20 minutes. No kidding! It gets real cold for real. I got ripped off on some jell pack bags which can't hold a candle to these double bagger ice bags. This is highly recommended if you want to stop messing around with joker jell bags.
